Kathy Hernandez is a Los Angeles area-based website designer who has designed over 100 websites for satisfied clients.
Her B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University have
served as the basis for a variety of technical positions. Before setting
out on her own, Kathy was a manager at eToys.com. As one of eToys' first
employees, Kathy helped design the initial website, devise slogans, write
website copy and launch the bookstore with over 100,000 books. Previous experience
also includes financial analysis at Disney and a variety of consulting positions
at major Los Angeles firms. She is proficient in many computer applications,
including Flash, BigCommerce (e-commerce application), HTML, Dreamweaver,
Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Access,
Excel,Publisher and various
other Mac and PC applications. In addition to her professional pursuits, Kathy and
her husband Don Hernandez are the parents of two teens, and Kathy is very

As a graphic designer, Debra is passionate about each creative expression she
produces for a client. She finds solutions that are unique, and most important,
relevant to the client's goals and strategy. Inspired by words and images,
her greatest strength is solving communication challenges in unique and unexpected
ways. Her contributions in marketing and advertising have been in the retail,
non-profit, entertainment, real estate and healthcare categories. Debra is
a graduate from Art Center College of Design. She worked in New York City
as a designer and illustrator before landing back in the Los Angeles area.
Her work has won numerous awards, including a Telly Award and is featured
in: American Illustration, Society of Illustrators.
Juowei graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1995 with BS in graphic design. Juowei worked as the creative director at Hollywood-based broadcast company REZN8. Juowei has launched over 75 campaigns for clients such as Microsoft, CBS, ESPN, FOX Network etc…
Eric graduated from Art Center College of Design in 1999 with BS in product design. Prior starting Symbiosis Creative, Eric was the creative director at E-Commerce software firm AutoTOOLS, Inc. Eric has launched E-Commerce projects for clients such as Intel, Ericsson, Mercedes Benz, Penske Motorcars, etc.
Ronald F. Connelly, P.E. is the principal of The Internet:Works (www.the-networks.com)
in La Cañada Flintridge, California, which specializes in developing
Web sites and applications for business, government agencies, and non profits.
In addition, The Internet:Works provides Web site hosting and other services
related to providing an Internet presence. Prior to founding The Internet:Works
in 1998, Ron provided similar services as the principal of IMEDCO, which was
founded in 1995. A registered Mechanical Engineer in California, Ron holds
a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Prior
to his work in Web application development, Ron served 15 years in a variety
of program and project management, R&D engineering, design engineering,
and manufacturing engineering positions in various industries.

Gerald founded La Puerta Productions (www.lapuerta.tv) in 1987 as the
banner for his professional writing and creative services. Today, this
Reynolds Group strategic partner serves websites and publishers as a
content development, multimedia production, and consulting firm. As
a book developer, Gerald has produced more than 25 business and computer
books, about half under his own name, several coauthored with content
experts, and some ghost-written for other authors. Publishers have included
ScottForesman, South-Western, Sybex, Prima, Peachpit, Thomson, and Wiley.
In 2006, Gerald started LaPuerta, a small-press book imprint. Its first
two titles are How to Lie with Charts (on business presentation techniques)
and My Inflatable Friend (a comic novel www.boychiklit.com).
Stephanie is a seasoned marketing professional with15 years of experience starting in the adverting agency world. She has worked directly for public and private companies ranging from startups to large national corporations. Although industry focus has been diverse, she has primarily worked with companies who are in the Fashion, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Arts and Entertainment, Health Care and Consumer Technology industries.
Stephanie has always been passionate about connecting people which is why she spends a considerable amount of time getting to know her client’s target demographic before marketing to them. It is no wonder that she has been focused on social networking for the purpose of building customer loyalty much longer than the term has been used. She has taught, trained and managed strategic networking plans both online and off for the last nine years. In 2000, Stephanie created a unique branding process using specific social gatherings to measure market interest. In the online Social Media space, she is known for being able to determine the best way to reach target demographics and keep them engaged in the brand through strategic online conversations using tools readily available in the marketing place and popular online networks. She is highly effective at creating and managing workflow programs that allow for sales staff to minimize and prioritize administrative work while maximizing their sales. Stephanie majored in Marketing at Baker College in Michigan.
